"Clawed back" is secret code for "we reduced their budget". Big fucking deal. FEMA will whinge and piss to (((Congress))) next year the they need more money taken from White People because of this, which will more than offset whatever gets clawed back this year. The only acceptable outcome for this is defunding the fucking hotels, and arresting and deporting the brown trash who infest them. Clawing back the money doesn't take down the market for the money. It doesn't mean a fucking thing. Destroying the market does. In fact, it's the only way forward.
