These funds are not "misspent", the spending of these funds is entirely deliberate. If anything, they are malspent, this is deliberate spending of tax payers money on causes that are of no interest of benefit to them, or worse are actively aligned against the very people funding them. None of this is some happy accident, like, fucking "oops, I accidentally spent $200million on some bullshit". It's deliberate. All of it.
