Who gives a shit if it's "only at federally funded institutions" or "at the federal level" Lurker. It's still protecting jews from any criticism or noticing of their bullshit with legal backing to render anyone who does as bankrupt, maligned by law and likely homeless.

If universities are defunded because jews claim they're victims, than universities are gonna crack down on students who say things that are barely even tangentially related to jews because they don't want to lose that funding. And everyone knows jews are the biggest whiners in history.

You still have 1A, students still have their 1A, the university (if it wants federal dollars) does not have full 1A wrt criticizing any specific race or religion. The university does not have the right to impede your constitutionally protected free speech. If the college or university wants federal dollars, they have to treat everyone equally. You don't think that is fair to everyone?

If some jew claims to somehow be a victim of the university, they can take the university to court to prove that their constitutional rights were somehow violated by the university. If some jew claims they are a victim of your free speech, they can go off to cope and seethe, that's about it.

Nothing changed except universities collecting federal dollars can not be found to persecute any race of religion and continue to collect federal dollars.

Let's start with the first EO, EO 13899. Link

This EO only mentions antisemitism. It gives protections only for jews. This does not give protections to Christians or Buddhists or Zoroastrians or Shintoists.

So you're a liar in that regard. It does nothing to help anyone but jews, and it specifically states that it uses the IHRA's definition of "Antisemitism" which covers damn near anything you can say about jews that isn't praising them. is a link to an archived version of the IRHA's page with what it claims is antisemitism. Again, damn near anything, including "claiming" (I'd say pointing out) that jews have tons of power in the media, government, banking, entertainment, etc. Or saying that jews killed Jesus. Or in general saying anything that jews don't like, in practice.

This new EO states that it is not only reaffirming that, but the following:

Sec. 2. Policy. It shall be the policy of the United States to combat anti-Semitism vigorously, using all available and appropriate legal tools, to prosecute, remove, or otherwise hold to account the perpetrators of unlawful anti-Semitic harassment and violence.

Futhermore, in Section 3 with the relevant part bolded and the crucial section of that also italicized:

(b) The report submitted by the Attorney General under this section shall additionally include an inventory and an analysis of all court cases, as of the date of the report, against or involving institutions of higher education alleging civil-rights violations related to or arising from post-October 7, 2023, campus anti-Semitism and indicate whether the Attorney General intends to or has taken any action with respect to such matters, including filing statements of interest or intervention.

Combined with the previous EO the new one is referencing and building from, which again specifically includes making it punishable to even point out jewish crimes or jewish power, means that any jew can just say that a university did not stop antisemitism if they allow students to so much as talk about it or doubt the holocaust. The jew can file a title VI complaint, or say that because a university isn't suppressing free speech to call out jews, the university must therefore endorse it.

It's not a stretch of the imagination at all, and you know it.

So the universities will feel pressure to silence anything that might offend a jew, because offending a jew is antisemitism even if no jews were otherwise involved. Just noticing what jews do is antisemitism, according to the IRHA, if in so many words as to obfuscate the slow minded masses.

And to claim that jews will be laughed out of court? You're delusional. That shit gets fucking national coverage for days, weeks, even if it's quickly outed as a hoax or overblown reaction of a tetchy kike.

So, you lied about Trump's EO's regarding this protecting every religion, when both EO's only ever mention jews and antisemitism with a definition of such that includes saying jews have power or downplaying/denying the holocaust. You present it like this won't make these places crack down on anti-jewish narratives even more than they already do. You claim that a jew will be laughed out of court if he screams and claims antisemitism.

And guess what? 99% of universities and colleges fall over themselves to pander to kikes anyway. Those protests and all that other shit that was in the news for a while was all for this moment. To give jews and jews specifically more protection that they don't even need from a problem they deliberately manufactured.

Edit: First link was bogus and tried to open the PDF on poal. Replaced with a new link to the same content.

From the EO .pdf

(b) In considering the materials described in subsections (a)(i) and (a)(ii) of this section, agencies shall not diminish or infringe upon any right protected under Federal law or under the First Amendment.

Seems pretty clear and concise to me.

So you're a liar in that regard. It does nothing to help anyone but jews, and it specifically states that it uses the IHRA's definition of "Antisemitism" which covers damn near anything you can say about jews that isn't praising them.

I was reitetating the intent of civil rights protections from the bill of rights, not Trump's EO's derived from them, a reminder of those civil rights wrt federally funded institutions that it is illegal and his administration will prosecute it. The institution and it's professors can not promote antisemitism in an official capacity. How that impacts teaching real history unfavorable to jews, IDK. Maybe those colleges and institutions shouldn't take federal money so they can go teach and say what they want. Their choice.

You present it like this won't make these places crack down on anti-jewish narratives even more than they already do.

You have protected 1A, say what you want. If the institution cracks down on your free speech or civil rights, take them to court and sue their asses. Get rich!

Biden ignored our civil rights and freely trampled them until taken to court and forced to comply with the constitution and bill of rights. Federally funded institutions were not treating jews equally like other religions and nationalities during the Biden term. Trump's EOs remind federally funded institutions what they can and can not do, reinforces the civil rights are for everyone in America, even the problematic jew.

I see your angle of the jew cries out in pain while he strikes you but I would think the jew would have to threaten serious legal action against the institution for the institution to stupidly try to suppress your free expression.

Trump is responsible for upholding the constitution and that civil rights are enforced for all Americans. Many Presidents of the past have failed at this.

If you think his EO's violate the constitution and bill of rights, take them to court. Dems are taking a few EOs to court and will they they will end up decided by SCOTUS.
