He was still illegal as of 2021 when he was appointed to the bench. Seems like he ought to go back to Columbia and be barred from entry for 20 years. Acting as judge makes him more culpable as he understands the law and his status.

In cases like this they (and any family) should be banned for life. They never get to come back.
