You know what? If you can prove it beyond a reasonable doubt (no chance of being wrong). I am for this. The bare minimum should be a very long stay in prison and to be forcefully sterilized (regardless of your sex).

I’d fully support it but not with the current justice system and feminist movement.

Single mothers routinely make children lie about physical and or sexual abuse to gain full custody. Now imagine if the death penalty was connected to it.

Also “regret sex” could land you in prison for 30 years to life.

And no jew, politician or celebrity will ever be convicted, just us peasants who were falsely accused by some crazy. Maybe it would work in a red state but I don’t trust the idiots here. You can’t even defend yourself against criminals without going to jail.

And if a “victim” lies or has had a parent force them to lie the “victim” or parent/guardian should get you the same punishment.

That should actually be a law now, so many people in jail over lies that have been recanted but you still have to do the time. “It’s almost impossible to overturn a verdict once you’ve been judged” why? It should be, I lied, they need to get out.
