I don't think anyone is going take the fall, they will all be illegally pardoned .
My only hope is that the scotus rules you cannot blanket pardon someone for unknown crimes , so therefore "crime not listed" = "invalid pardon" .
Given trumps picks though, sure seems like he is uniparty pressure relief candidate, so nothing will happen.
