I really thought presidential pardons were only valid if signed and executed after a trial and conviction.

I also thought a natural born citizen was both parents being a citizen , but definitions change with the government whims.

You know what? Even if they get a pardon I still want them put through the court system, discovery, etc..

All of it released publicly then at the end they can say "well, we wasted 2 years of your time because of the pardon but now everyone knows what a piece of shit you are and if you do fucking anything in the future you are going to jail".
