Honestly, I am not sure how that could actually work but then again... CHINA is part of BRICS so........ One of the worst things the USA has ever done is to improve china's economy and allowing outsourcing to them.

USA education and people motivation is down the drain

they still punch because tech and goods built by people that are now retired or going to retire soon
