True, the same old model. If the politicians are thinking long term and want to keep their seats (and still have opportunity to hold power/make money), they will support what Trump asks. They risk public exposure/humiliation by Trump and MAGA (with MSM unable to carry supporting narrative to protect them), will be offered no reelection funds AND primaried (and likely dispatched) by a Trump supported MAGA candidate, resulting in the end of their political career. If they don't comply, Trump will politically crush them like McConnell never dreamed. I'm sure Trump has even more weapons he can apply. Trump is a clever dealmaker. He will find a way to get what he wants. Trump will have War Tme Presidential powers, he will be hard to resist.
