If I could waive a magic wand and get two things magically done, one would be to immediate END THE FED….and the other would be to impose Term Limits on Congress!

Thomas Massie recently introduced a Bill to work on the first one, and President Trump is going after the second one.

I love it!

This would eliminate 95% of the problems we face in America right now, instantly!

Take a look: . .

Watcher.Guru @WatcherGuru · Follow JUST IN: 🇺🇸 Donald Trump says he will push to implement a constitutional amendment adding term limits to Congress members.

If anything deserved a "Good luck with that" flair more than this comment, I don't know what it might be.

It would be worth it just for that result.

It would be an incredible feat. When it comes down to brass tacks, I still wouldn't waste my money betting against Trump.

It would require a 2/3 vote in both houses before moving to the states for approval. The proposed amendment would need to be ratified by 38 states. That's a YUGE hurdle to overcome.

I've been thinking about that since yesterday. Dims like Schoooooooooooooomer and Pelosi are poster children for term limits and some dims back term limits. I don't think it'll be that hard of a sell out side of CA, IL, and NY.

A great way to drain the elected (((UniParty))) swamp creatures within 6 years ... if it could be done. One would have to have a deck of serious Trump cards to compel the criminals to pass the same legislation that eventually retires them. Cards that would expose their treason. Trump loves to make deals. Trump still has all of his Trump cards. So, again, I wouldn't bet against Trump.

I wonder how the founding fathers didn't think of this?

They never envisioned a permanent class of elected officials. They designed the system to be short stints in the capital for very little pay. Congress made it ever more attractive for themselves to stay longer and earn more money.
