DeWine is clearly Haiti first. He talks about how important it was to bring the Haitians here so they could get proper healthcare, something they did not have in Haiti. I'm sorry, What The Fuck? Extra burden on the hospital system and Medicaid so little Mikey can feel good about helping Haitians.
