Good recap, but that guy is a bit of a shitbag. I want to say it was last year but some guy in the military caught a DUI and this clown basically said he should lose everything and be court martialed for barely being over the limit. No one got hurt and it was one of those illegal checkpoint situations. Like I said, this clown is a bit of a shitbag.
