It's not like the leadership actually gives a shit about who their members prefer. Pretty sure all the trades vote overwhelmingly Republican, but year after year the cucks at top come out in favor of a Democrat. The same Democrats which want to bring in more people that directly devalues the labor of their members.

I think that is accurate. While there are a lot of blue- dog democrats in labor, I think the members are seeing where their best interests lie. They talk blue, but vote red.
