Agreed, but here's the thing. By requiring income tax you instantly filter out roughly 1/3rd of the country, with around half that being non-whites. The other half are sadly whites on welfare, pill poppers, methony, and dopers in general. Assorted trash is a core block of the kike/uniparty voter base. Instantly disqualifying this group will pretty much guarantee a 80% white electorate and candidates for office.
