I don't think I'm registered but I can still vote. I moved my address to my folks house when I got my camper and I voted in two or three elections since. I don't know.

Doing nothing then complaining about the outcome is retard level thinking. You don't have to vote but maybe run for a local office. Not like it's going to cost you anything.
