Filibuster is when they stand up and speak their minds (it's empty). You can do that, and when you run out of breath (fail to reach anyone's mind) you sit down.

I think that the last time someone filibustered was Ron Paul on Obamacare? I He went on for less than 3 hours and received 0 (((media))) coverage.

Chuck is retarded, he's acting like filibusters have any legal impact.
