Too bad Biden can't make unilateral changes to the Supreme Court, huh?

If that somehow gets through Congress, it's over faster than we thought.

Let's look at the first bullet point, shall we? He can unveil whatever he wants. The Supreme Court is a co-equal branch of the federal government and the Executive branch has no say over how it runs. Term limits would require an amendment to the US Constitution, specifically to Article III, Section 1. (See comment below on that likelihood.)

Item number 2 is the proposed amendment to limit presidential immunity. No chance in hell that will happen, once someone realizes that it would apply to future Dem presidents. Good luck getting that amendment written, approved by 2/3 of both houses of Congress, then ratified by 3/4 of the states. (Or getting 2/3 of the states on board and calling a convention.)

Number 3 is just political posturing, which is the entire point. The left is going to do anything and everything they can to make it hard for Trump to win in November, and easier for them to cheat.

If Biden manages to get that through, the last hope is gone.

I am not a Constitutional expert but it seems to me that the very suggestion of 'overhauling' ( threatening) an Equal branch of the US. Gov. is the admission of this obvious liberal/communist COUP and That is called Treason.
