An old Gateway circa 2008. Yah, I know.
I spent so many years on desktops and mainframes that when I got this kindle years ago, I seldom went back to my desktop except to check email and occasional business related stuff. I need to get around to upgrade my desktop and kindle, this kindle will be 8 years old by Xmas 2024.

Time to get a RaspberryPI-based handheld or tablet. At least you'll be less jewed with that kind of hardware.
Pi sounds like a lot of fun, and very reasonably priced. And yes, less jewed.
I may just get another desktop for now and a Pi to play with, learn and add peripherals as I evolve. I've been told I'm getting a bit rusty you know.
