it's not even that he should....he fucking NEEDS TO. not just for himself but for the good of the country to route out these fucking commie traitors. then when found guilty should legally execute them on live TV so other traitorous commies get the fucking message.
all we have is precedent and consequences and so far there has no only INCENTIVE to destroy the country and no consequences for what should be considered treason/sedition.

Just speaking from my own experience, I had a felony case dismissed by a judge many years ago. When the DA tried to refile the charges against me, our state Supreme Court said that it would be Double Jeopardy. So, here I am, still alive and free as a bird and one violent, dangerous man is still dead and in the ground...
