Well, there was that "acres and a mule" thing. Most of the ones that actually got it (not all did) sold all of it within a year or two keeping them from ever creating generational wealth. Turns out they just want free money.

I would happily crowd fund 1 way tickets back to wakanda for them along with $10k in "free" cash. The only exception? They have to renounce their American citizenship and are added to a "banned for life" roster and can never come back, even just to visit.
No need to crowd fund, just kick them off all the government programs. Use that money to send them. (Billions in the first month.) Renouncing their citizenship, goes without saying. No more sub humans could ever cross our boarders again. Write it into law.
There are a few solutions, we seem to think alike on the first major step. There's plenty more. Having to never prosecute a White person for defending themselves against brown/black criminals, etc. Bottom line: We don't want them to get in line and act right- we NEED them gone.
