I think it's a trap for Biden. Will (((they))) risk attempting to fake it while under close scrutiny? Can (((they))) get to whomever is performing the testing? Will the testing be overseen by representatives of both candidates? Lots of unanticipated fuckery required of team Biden to get over this hurdle.
