I doubt that DJT even trusts the Secret Service at all...

I don't think he does. There was a SS incident in the 2nd or 3rd year of his term but I can't recall the exact details. The SS would have to have accomodations with Trump if Trump were jailed, whereas Trump's privately hired security team won't have that luxury.
