Just for the record, because there has been TONS of shit in the news about 'student loan' forgiveness, this news article is solely referring to the USA (i.e. taxpayers) "loaning" money to Ukraine for the debacle over there but allowing those loans to be wiped away in November 'and later.'
In other words, just like every other foreign aid package, we're being fucked.
