It's not just that the judge is a Biden donor. His daughter works for the DNC, she has a PR company that basically exclusively works for Dems and she receives millions of dollars from the DNC. The judge is receiving a material benefit (to his family) from his actions. If he were to dismiss the case, as he should, his daughter's company would likely be shunned. You could make a fairly serious argument that he is receiving bribery payments through his daughter to keep the case going. This case has been looked at by several prosecutors at federal and state levels and all, including Bragg himself, declined to prosecute as there was not sufficient evidence to uphold a conviction. Until Trump decided to run for President. This is a totally political prosecution.
Probably the biggest issue with the current New York prosecution is that the charges are unconstitutionally vague. For the alleged crimes to be a felony, rather than a misdemeanor (which would have passed the statute of limitations already), in addition to the "fraudulent" book keeping entry, there ALSO has to be an additional crime which the fraudulent book keeping entry is designed to conceal. However, that additional crime has never been specified. Under the 6th amendment, the government must notify the accused of the specific crime that they are accused of. In this case, Trump is accused of a "crime" that is totally unspecified. This is facially unconstitutional and any judge or prosecutor bringing them is violating the Constitution.
The reality of it is that the book keeping issues are not fraudulent, they are just part of business. You might find paying a whore to keep her mouth shut distasteful, but that's not illegal. So, the charges SHOULD fall at the first hurdle.
What will probably happen though is that the judge will railroad the defense and the jury will look to convict regardless of the lack of any evidence. It's a kangaroo court. These people are treading in dangerous waters. What happens if the judicial system as a whole is shown to be utterly defunct? What recourse remains short of civil war? They are the ones bringing this on. In all likelihood, they know this and it is a deliberate strategy to create conflict and chaos, from which their benefactors (Soros et al) plan to benefit.
