I hope they just go for it. Never give a leftist a chance to back track, they see it as weakness, not as being fair notice and giving a person a chance to correct mistakes or intentional harms to avoid lawsuits. The leftist doesn't give anyone else fair notice or time for correction. The leftist just throws all weapons of lawfare at their opponents to get their way and inflict financial harm.
