They'll probably arrest her on charges of illegally working on US infrastructure without a contractor license, without liability insurance, without inspections, without proper safety equipment and training, without required permits and also for illegally crossing the US/mexico border. I cannot see this working out well for her once the rats get wind of her work here. Expect her to be fined massively too.
You’re probably right. I recall a story from twenty years or so ago of a guy who showed a city somewhere that their traffic control was all screwed up and showed them a better way. They charged him with traffic engineering without a license.
As they say, "No good deed goes unpunished."
