Once they mandate phones, they're going to have to loot the treasury because people will simply say they can't afford a phone.

They were close to mandating the phone by way the vaccine passport idea. If you don't have a phone you can't display the passport. Oh, but you aren't required to have the vaccine passport, you just can't go anywhere or buy anything without it. It's totally optional though.
