After nearly six full days of debate, South Carolina’s Senate approved a Constitutional Carry bill on Thursday by a vote of 28-15, removing the last major hurdle for the state to become the 28th in the nation to recognize the right to bear arms without the need for a government-issued permission slip.

The bill, which was already approved by the House last year, still needs to return to the lower chamber for a final concurrence vote since the Senate did amend the legislation before giving it their stamp of approval.

How South Carolina didn't pass it earlier will remain a mystery.

Been seeing a lot of this lately and it's kind of odd. I don't recall any laws saying you couldn't carry a copy of the Constitution.

Oh NO !!!! Do you know what will happen Now? Crime will...FALL, just like it has in every state that has passed this common sense law. Criminals are cowards and the last thing they want is The Armed Citizen/s to start shooting them. Which is the opposite of Chicago+ gun control= 762 murders every year.

Every state is constitutional carry if you ignore their unconstitutional laws.
