Build on land zoned AG or FF or whatever where you get the killer tax breaks because it is zoned out of residential building. Keep this house off the fucking books no matter what. Its a shed. Its a barn. Its storage because im moving. etc etc. it never ends but it is NEVER a HOUSE.
