But I thought that no president nor anyone else can legally just "throw people in Jail " without a due legal process. ...Oh wait, ...what about all the J6 'offenders' who have been rotting in cells over the past two years awaiting their day in court, many of whom are just private citizens who were pretty much just standing around in the area?
