The only way the 2020 election gets overturned is if by some miracle Trump gets into office again and the left admits he was the true winner and thus invalid for another term.

None of the evidence of voting irregularities will see the light of day at the trial. The admissibility of evidence, as determined by Judge TDS, will be as one-sided as the grand jury was. The trial will end with a felony conviction that won't survive appeal, but it won't matter.

In the meantime, the kangaroo verdict will give the (G)obbles (O)n (Penis) an excuse to strike him from the ballot. The election will be over before the DC Appellate Circuit rules that Judge TDS abused her discretion and orders a retrial. It will be due process with tragic and irreversible consequences.
