One RINO said they didn't want to set a precedent and that it wasn't constitutional. I say, why NOT set a precedent for puni$hment of unacceptable conduct and why not let Schiffty challenge it himself if he thinks it isn't constitutional? Instead, the RINOs set the precedent that there are no consequences to false accusations and spending millions of our tax dollars to destroy political enemies. The taxpayers were damaged in this too and nothing will stop it from happening again since there's no accountability or sanctions.
