Wasn't there a whole thing in the constitution about having to quarter soldiers and stuff?
There was a case some years ago about the police taking over somebody's house for a stake out of the neighbors and the Courts ruled that the 3rd amendment did not apply because police weren't soldiers. I assume this would go about the same or worse. You may be able to get a fourth amendment case out of this though.
I would have solved those cops and that judge.
Politicians have butchered every other Amendment. They had to find some way to put a knife in the third as well.

Most of NY is NOT NYC. If we had an electoral college NY would be way different. NY is a red state. With one giant blue cesspool sucking the while state dry to prop up their little blue urban regimes. Seriously. Like the cities are blue because most of the whites there are transients. The second you go anywhere outside a city in NY State it’s a sea of red. Our elections are rigged as fuck too. We’ve had illegals voting in them combined with most of Puerto Rico being airlifted here over the last decade lol.
