Lie detector tests are notoriously fallible and the 'results' are based on the interpretation of the test-giver. What's to prevent the left from scamming the tests like they scammed the elections?

I totally agree, it's not infalable and could be gamed.

As /u/Lurker17 said they can easily be gamed. Its so easy that there are youtube videos on it.

Hell, something as simple as having a hangover can make the test useless.
