What till you find out members of Congress have access to an 24hr in-house Pharmacy that enables members to simply 'request' pharmaceuticals without a Doctors script (iirc) and no official paper work is kept on what the individual receives. Remember those 'stories' about congress and their families treating themselves with HCQ etc , this is how they were getting it, and many also use the facility for spouses/ children who otherwise have 'drug misuse issues'.
