Imagine the many reasons the well used cartel tactic of Plato O Plumo in South America would work so well with certain types of North Americans.

Many a rancher along the borderlands have had no choice but to take the silver because their gutless corrupt and complicit govt left them with no other way.
A politician would in today’s climate gladly take the silver side of that choice.
In a just world, we would be free to shoot foreign invaders. In the world we live in pointing out foreign invaders is not even allowed.
