Bidens "handlers" arent high enough up the food chain to make that decision or control the outcome. They are apparatchicks, doing what they are told. Biden's "handlers" will be on their way out the door right along with their failed pet monkey.

If TPTB decides to arrange to put Mcarthy in as a pressure relief valve for two years to take some of the pressure off of the democrats, give the proles the illusion of some kind of "victory" so they relax, and give them some breathing space to reset, recock, and come back at us in 2024, then that is exactly what will happen.

While certainly a possibility it would be a little harder to arrange.
