You're right - it's a scam. Not saying these bills don't have merit, but they don't address the most pressing problem - implementing programmed digital currency and everything that accompanies it.

Our so-called representatives are idiots for focusing on the legislation they are - but they're smart enough to know that a stupid public will fawn over their no-sex change surgery crap.
