Krasner was a known quantity and Philadelphia re-elected him anyway. They wanted him, they get to keep him .. and the mess of rampant crime resulting. Fuck 'em. Leave them to rot in it.

Besides, they'll elect the next Krasner right after the first one is removed so why bother.
