This is how the nation falls. Tech companies are now judge, jury and police of speech. I'm finding it hard to believe that they can fine anyone at their sole discretion. What about people refusing to pay at their sole discretion?

Paypal, as part of how they operate, withdraws from your bank account directly when you want to send more money than you have in your paypal account

My paypal account refuses to even use the balance. Pretty f'd up. Will only send from CC / bank.
