Involve the sending, posting, or publication of any messages, content, or materials that, in PayPal’s sole discretion, (a) are harmful, obscene, harassing, or objectionable … (e) depict, promote, or incite hatred or discrimination of protected groups or of individuals or groups based on protected characteristics (e.g. race, religion, gender or gender identity, sexual orientation, etc.) … (g) are fraudulent, promote misinformation … or (i) are otherwise unfit for publication.

Paypal, as part of how they operate, withdraws from your bank account directly when you want to send more money than you have in your paypal account

My paypal account refuses to even use the balance. Pretty f'd up. Will only send from CC / bank.

I use paypal as a free credit card processor for my site. It's a little wonky to set up as they have piss poor uncomplete documentation for their free CC processor, but they do indeed have a free CC processor. Which I don't think anyone else has.
