Thinking about this a lot... Most corporations are now multinational. Are you suggesting we also ban those, too? For example, last place I worked was started by an American. But he was successful enough to expand into Europe making him a multinational company. Should he be banned from owning land (or his company from owning land)? What about transplants/immigrants who get citizenship? I feel like this is far too nuanced to have a hard and fast rule like you're suggesting. It's far too messy and complicated to have a rule like that. Are you really suggestion deep isolationism and truly only having American owned and operated - but only operating in America - companies own land, here?
