I think most blue states are doing the same but silently by revoking licenses.

well they know they can't go head on in courts with 1st Amendment so they just run right over it much like they did with many of our rights during cvd.

and misinformation? you mean like literally every sentence from the CDC, fraudci, Biden admin, etc? like that kind of misinformation?

"Doctors all agree muh jab is safe and effective ™."

"Why though?"

"Because they fucking have to!"

I've never seen a state try to fuck itself so hard and so often. Before they're done they'll have no water, no electricity, no food, no cars, no actual US citizens, no income, and no doctors worth a damn. Luckily, they will still have plenty of representation in Congress to try to impose their forced collapse of civilization onto the rest of us.

And therein lies the problem, spelled out simply and clearly.

the irony of california taking the same stance towards science as the medevials church when they said the earth was flat. as long as you censor all critics the earth will remain flat

Good because telling any patient that getting the jab is safe, is a lie. They better be telling their patients the truth.

Then how are people suing CA over 2a restrictions?

Citizens can sue a state for violating rights guaranteed by the US Constitution. If the state breaks federal law, citizens have that recourse. This instance (in the OP) is specifically a violation of the state constitution first.

Good. The faster the corrupt State that already sold most of it's Coast to China falls into disarray and falls into the Ocean, the better.
