Millionaires only gonna pay a pittance, and billionaires ain't going to pay shit....which leaves the rest of us to pick up the tab...while Gates, Romney, Soros, et al laugh all the way to the bank. One thing democrats, republicans and even libertarians ALWAYS agree on.
