WTI is under 100, WTI(West Texas Intermediate) is basically the oil they use to make gasoline. Gasoline is still expensive, even though WTI going up led to gas prices going up almost immediately. It's because they are making it incredibly expensive to refine into gasoline. This could be immediately fixed with anyone that doesn't hate America in the white house.
