What Biden did is what all 20-something bicycle riders do when they try out the old-fashioned "clipped" pedals for the first time. They forget they are there, get their toes stuck in them, and fall over. It happens to everyone of every age and fitness level. As much as I enjoy bashing Biden, he didn't do anything unusual here.
