No provision included in the bill for purchasing another if you sell the first one.

Im sure just like NICS there wont be any delays or issues at all with this system ... wait nvm, most midwest states had to modify their entire gun laws because NICS and the ATF are such flaming piles of dog shit to work with. Texas had to modify its own gun laws because the ATF essentially created a swatch of felons from normal people
