No provision included in the bill for purchasing another if you sell the first one.

So if a person were to get a license and purchase a firearm under what circumstance would not possessing the weapon be grounds for suspicion of unreported transfer and arrest? Could you get nicked for not open carrying and held until they search your home for the weapon and find it?

Sounds reasonable...
