The time for examination of the legitimacy of the voting is before Congressional ratifies the vote which is what the January 6th thing was all about that was when Congress was ratifying the vote that was supposed to have been examined and proven to be legitimate which obviously no congressman took the time to do or they were told not to. But I don't know of any mechanism in the Constitution that allows them to go back and unratify the Congressional ratification of the state's electoral college votes. There was two month period between November and January when Congress ratified the state electoral college votes. That 2-month period is what the founding fathers set up to make sure nothing crazy was going on. Now apparently obviously the president and the vice president could both be impeached and if somebody like Trump was the speaker of the house if Republicans win the house back in this upcoming election then Trump would be the president again because the speaker of the of the house is the third in line for the presidency. And surprisingly to me anyway I just recently learned that the speaker of the house does not have to be an elected member of commerce. The speaker of the House can be anybody who is elected by the house to be speaker of the House. So apparently that's the move some people are going for but I don't know of any constitutional way to undo the ratification of the electoral college votes. That was supposed to happen back in January and for whatever reason it didn't happen.
