If this passes, which it likely will with the ever more foreign sponsored "leaders" being "elected", it will morph into a race-based UBI predicated on some form of ID in order to obtain. It will start as a sum, then will be broken into monthly payments which will be extended indefinitely. It will be based on race (no Irish or Slavs) and a precondition will be some sort of ID that can be digitalized or will be handed out as a digital ID.
